These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Termination

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

How long have you been doing this professionally?
Founder DJ Ben Murray has been performing as a professional DJ for over 10 years. M10 DJ’s are required to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
How many weddings have you played?
M10 DJ Company has provided entertainment for hundreds of weddings over recent years.
Do you perform at more than one event in a day?
Although M10 may cover multiple events on a single date, no DJ will be asked to play more than one event per day.
Who will be the DJ personally playing at our wedding? Which Wedding DJ should we expect?
M10 DJ Company has a roster of performers and might alternate who's playing based on their availability. Clients may request a specific DJ for their event.
Have you done events at my wedding venue?
M10 has performed at nearly every wedding venue in the midsouth. See our preferred vendors list for venues we have worked with.
What sets you apart from wedding dj memphis competition?
We are on time, always prepared, familiar with all the latest technology, and we are REAL DJ’s. Not the type of DJ service that will send some guy in a chair that plays whole songs from start to finish as they watch Spotify do all the work.
Can you describe your style?
Every audience is different, and we have truly performed for every type of audience one might imagine. Being a DJ Service, we believe the music selection should reflect the clients wants and needs. We especially enjoy blending old records with current hits, keeping all ages satisfied.
Are there any other services that you provide, such as lighting design or a photo booth?
We provide lighting design. Several lighting packages are available by themselves or added on to various DJ Packages.
Can you provide me with recent couples that I can contact for references?
Absolutely. References available upon request. Check out our reviews on Google, too.
Do you have any mixes online?
Yes! All of our DJ’s have true mixing skills and post mixes online. Visit our roster for M10 DJ mixes.
Can you help me choose the music for my processional, recessional, father-daughter dance, etc.?
If you're having trouble choosing music for a first dance song or father-daughter dance, etc., we can certainly help with some song suggestions.
How extensive is your music library or song list? What genres can you cover?
M10 DJ’s are ALWAYS equipped with thousands of hours of music files on hard drives with backups. All pre-requested songs are downloaded in advance if needed. DJ’s also come equipped with Wifi hotspots for last minute requests made available with streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, and/or Tidal.
Do you have a go-to list of wedding songs you play or perform for weddings?
Every wedding is different, but we do have lists of most requested songs from past weddings. Check out the M10 Spotify account for example playlists for any type of event.
How do you keep your music collection up to date?
M10 DJ subscribes to DJ record pools providing all the latest hits of all genres for all occasions.
If the DJ scheduled for my event is unable to perform for some reason, do you have a backup replacement ready to go?
Yes! M10 has a team of DJ’s for this reason. If your scheduled DJ is unable to perform for any reason, M10 will provide a different DJ.
Do you act as the emcee and make all of the announcements?
Yes. MC services are included in all wedding packages.
How would you define your emcee style?
M10 DJs are trained to sound cheerful and energetic without sounding cheesy.
What do you do to motivate the crowd if nobody is dancing?
If guests are slow to hit the dance floor, line dances and/or playing guest requests may help get the party started in some cases.
Do you take requests from our guests?
We will take requests from guests unless instructed otherwise.
Can we submit a "Do Not Play" list?
You never know what your guests are going to end up requesting. Clients can certainly submit a “Do Not Play” list. Having a "do not play" list ensures you're not going to hear anything you and your new partner hate. Check out the M10 DJ playlist “Worst Wedding Songs of All Time” on Spotify.
What is the starting price for wedding dj services?
We offer standalone ceremony audio services for $395 total. This does NOT include receptions and includes audio for the Ceremony only. Perfect for clients that already have entertainment for the reception.
What is the price of your most popular Wedding package?
The majority of wedding clients select Package 2 which is $1395.
What is Uplighting?
Uplighting is a special lighting effect created by the strategic placement of numerous multi-color LED fixtures at the base of architectural details or points of interest, typically along the perimeter of an event space, angled upwards.
Uplighting is a very effective technique used to transform the atmosphere of an event space and add much-needed ambiance. Highlight special features, accent walls with dynamic colors, or cast a light glow over an open area with uplighting, and watch that dull venue come to life! Uplights can be customized to display a single color or multiple colors to match any theme.
Want to take it a step further?
Clients can choose to have one or more uplights sync to the beat of the music for a truly immersive experience.

What type of music do you play?
Our DJ's have done it all. We believe experience playing a wide variety of genres is essential for a skilled DJ. Our "open-format" DJ's can play hip-hop, rnb, country, rock, alternative, folk, and even Bollywood. International music of all genres may be requested. M10 DJ Company isn't your typical memphis wedding dj.
